I offer bespoke workshops to schools, tailored to particular needs and age groups (from Reception onwards). I truly believe that ‘knowledge is power’ and I enjoy helping others to better understand themselves and how humans work, through engaging and experiential trainings. By teaching psychology, neuroscience and well-being in a fun and accessible way, individuals can hopefully then feel empowered to make healthy choices in supporting their own - and each other’s - mental and emotional health.
